Prof. Otto Sauter, Artistic Management


Otto Sauter (Cologne, Germany) is one of the world‘s leading trumpet soloists. As specialist on the piccolo trumpet, he has appeared in all major concert halls. He played with the Philharmonia Orchestra London for Prince Charles at St. James‘s Palace, in St. Peter‘s Square for Pope John Paul II and in the Forbidden City in Beijing and on the Chinese Wall.


1991 he founded the annual Bremen International Trumpet Days, the world‘s leading brass festival (guests Ray Charles, Maynard Ferguson, Maurice André etc..). 1994 he founded the International Trumpet Academy Bremen, for the most gifted young international trumpet players.


Sauter was appointed guest professor at international Universities like the Royal Academy of Music London, the Toho Gakuen School of Music Tokyo, Japan, Universidad Metropolitana de Santiago de Chile, the Universidade Federal do Amazonas, Manaus, Brasil, the Central Conservatory of Music, Beijing, China and gives masterclasses all around the globe, e.g. in New York, Columbia, Houston USA, Paris, France, St. Petersburg, Russia and many more.


2014 he founded the World & European Brass Association.


He is artistic director of the annual „Wartburg-Festival“, the international Choir- and Music Festival „Musica Sacra a Roma“ in Rome and at the Vatican, the „Playtime Live City Concert Tour“ supported by the Organising Committee FIFA World Cup 2006 and the Little Amadeus Live TV-Concert series.


Hans-Joachim Frey, the Artistic Director in Sochi, Russia for Sirius the "Talent and Success Educational Foundation" that is based in the Olympic infrastructure and was build with the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, invited Otto Sauter to play the Formula 1 opening concert in Sochi 2019 with his ensemble Ten of the Best. For the coming years further concert- and education projects are planned.

Prof. Sabine Kierdorf, CEO, Cultural Management


The company's CEO, Prof. Sabine Kierdorf, is international cultural manager, former Head of Arena Events, Veltins Arena, Gelsenkirchen, Germany, guest professor for cultural management at international universities like the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, China and the Universidade Federal do Amazonas in Manaus, Brazil.

As specialist in communication, she is a key note speaker and gives management seminars for companies focussing on topics like “Intercultural communication in crosscultural management“ and „Key competencies for successful communication, management and leadership“.


2019 she was appointed Foreign Experts Committee Member of UNESCO, UNEP, FAO, GIAHS in China Aohan Globally Important Heritage System Community.
